Values and Causes

The Salazar family believes that every person should have a safe place to live, both safe from the elements and safe from threats and danger. This is why give in-kind sponsorships to families and communities in need whenever possible – one such example was the Skaggs Family, to whom we were honored to give a roof through Extreme Makeover Home Edition back in 2010.

We also support causes that can improve the living conditions within a home, which is why the Salazar family is actively involved in the YWCA and other organizations that aid in decreasing domestic violence.

The Salazar family are a Christian family and we run a Christian business. We believe that it is important to invest in the kingdom of God. For this reason, we often sponsor the building of Christian churches in impoverished countries, and take active part in events that bring the Christian community together.

Our Story

Salazar Homes was formed by Miguel Salazar and Elva Salazar. Mr. Salazar began roofing in Oklahoma in 1978. He has always been interested in the construction of new homes and has bought and remodeled homes for many years. The leap to a new construction business was an easy transition.

Salazar Roofing & Construction values the importance of giving back to the community as well as the work of local non-profit organizations. All requests will be reviewed by our Donations Committee for approval. Please remember that Salazar Homes can only approve a limited number of requests received.
